 Alice Gibb has been photographed by Mario Testino and appeared on the catwalk for Vivienne Westwood and Alexander McQueen.
She will now go to Cambridge to study history after gaining As in history, French, English and maths.
Alice, who studied at Portsmouth Grammar School, said: "I am really excited. I'm so relieved!
"I am probably more nervous at exams than taking to the catwalk, because it's not the end of the world if you do not do well in a job as there will always be another one.
"But with exams you work so hard for them because it is so important."
Alice, who lives in Portsmouth, said she had attempted to strike a careful balance between her studies and her modelling.
She said: "I was a bit careful, I have always been really conscious about taking too much time off."
